Top 5 'New' Locations

It has been a hive of activity here at Film Office during the summer with all manner of projects under our belt, and lots of exciting locations added to our library to boot. So to get your creative juices flowing, here is a run down of our Top 5 'New' locations.

5. Crumbling Chapel

Atmospheric, beautiful and gothic, the crumbling chapel is a space made for idyllic fashion shoots, filming and would be, special events. The exterior resembles a period town hall with a surprising interior that boasts engraved stone, plaques, peeling paint work, wooden floors and stained glass windows. If you are after something charming and unique this could be right up your alley.

4. 1940's House

Tassels at the ready, this fun location is brimming with colour and retro delights, offering a novel blend of the old and new with a 1930's and 1940's feel running through out. This 1890's townhouse offers contemporary kitchen and bathroom, high ceilings, sash windows, vintage décor and outside space. The real icing on the cake (and yes this location does come with one) is the burlesque props and costumes that lovingly adorn the house.

3. Classic Steamship

Whether you have a nautical production on the horizon or simply looking for a one off location, Classic Steamship, complete with pontoon is available now. All in great condition, features include, skeletal, bare metal hulls, iron doors and metal masts. A generator on the ship provides electricity and other facilities (such as Wi-Fi) are available in the site office.

2.Empty Warehouse and Unitbase

This fantastic and versatile new location comprises of an empty warehouse and unit base that has recently been refurbished. All manner of spaces can be found, set out on different levels and with a variety of feels. From large carpeted, canal side rooms with floor to ceiling windows, through to sparse, bare brick and white rooms. The outside area is ideal for unit-basing and offers ample parking and space for production builds - height restrictions apply.

1. English Manor House

A gorgeous blend of Victorian and Georgian architecture, this quintessentially English property has a lot to offer, both internally and externally. Exceptionally well maintained lawns and gardens are accompanied by grand stables, paddock, tennis courts, gravel driveways and summer house. Inside is a delight with sunny décor that compliments the era of the house, period features and a large conservatory, festooned with grape vines.
